Payment, refund and cancellation policy

 

• Payment Terms:
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all courses.
• Refund Policy:
  • Once a course is purchased, refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered for exceptional circumstances, and such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by My Cricket Buddy.
• Course Exchanges:
  • No exchanges between courses will be allowed after the purchase has been completed.
• Subscription Charges:
  • My Cricket Buddy does not impose any recurring subscription charges on customers.
• Payment Information Security:
  • My Cricket Buddy does not store sensitive payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.) as restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Payment processing is facilitated through trusted payment gateways.
• Handling Payment Issues:
  • For any payment, refund, or cancellation issues not explicitly covered by this policy, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. The final and binding decision in such matters rests with My Cricket Buddy.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Payment Terms:

2. Cancellation Process:
   • Once a course is purchased, cancellations are generally not allowed. However, if there is an exceptional circumstance, customers can contact My Cricket Buddy to discuss the situation.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
   • Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. My Cricket Buddy reserves the right to decide whether a refund or any other form of resolution is appropriate.
4. Course Exchanges:
   • Exchanges between courses will not be permitted after the purchase has been completed.
5. Subscription Charges:
   • My Cricket Buddy does not impose any recurring subscription charges on customers.
6. Payment Information Security:
   • Sensitive payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.) is not stored by My Cricket Buddy as per regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). All payment transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
